Lean, Agile & Innovation Leader

Ken has nearly a decade of experience driving digital and innovation transformation with accelerators and corporates, helping companies navigate the Industry 4.0 era and emerging 5G technologies. His approach to innovation is rooted in Lean and Agile methodologies, inspired by Eric Ries’ The Lean Startup and The Startup Way, which emphasise rapid iteration, data-driven decision-making, and customer validation. He began his journey with MaGIC (now MRANTI) as an Acceleration Director and Mentor-In-Residence for the award-winning Global Accelerator Program (GAP), later contributing to various accelerator initiatives with 500 Global, PitchIN, TEGAS, SDEC, DARe, SAP, Digital Penang, Founder Institute, and Endeavor. He has also designed and delivered Corporate Innovation Venture programs for organisations such as Maybank, Fonterra, Uber, and DiGi.


As a hands-on entrepreneur, Ken founded Adventoro Travel, earning international recognition as a finalist at the World Tourism Forum Lucerne 2019 and as a recipient of the Mekong Innovative Startup in Tourism award in 2018. He was also part of the pioneer batch of the Alibaba Netpreneur School in Hangzhou, China. Beyond entrepreneurship, Ken has held leadership roles including Head of Growth at PitchIN and senior positions at MYSALE Group, ZALORA Malaysia, and Accenture. He is an accredited trainer with the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRDC).
