An Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) is a form of remuneration given to employees, to retain or to reward them based on their performance. Usually offered in the form as company shares, it gives employees ownership rights as a shareholder.
In this session, we’ll explore the need to establish an ESOP pool, what an appropriate size allocation should be and how to utilise ESOP for hiring and incentivising existing employees.
