Why should You take this course?

If you have ever come up with a new product or service, then you have done product innovation. Business Model Innovation takes it a step further, helping you to develop a new type of company.

Why is this important? Nine out of ten companies with varying products and services are constantly risking unhealthy competition by executing the same strategy. Only when a business does something different would they be able to succeed and generate revenue - often with 30 or 50 times greater sales.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  1. Define your business model innovation.

  2. Understand what is the business model canvas and how do we use them.

  3. explore case studies on how business models disrupt traditional businesses.
